I was planning on flying into Moscow, spending a day or so there, then getting on the train for Beijing. As I understand, there is no "train-hopper", and if you want to get off and see some sights along the way, then you'll need to buy separate train tickets.
Any advice on where to stop, for how long, things you wish you knew ahead of time, etc.?
